Travel Itinerary
Guilin’s architectural complex surrounded by mountains and rivers may make you think it is a laid-back town, but its charm beckons you to explore. Upon arrival in Guilin, you will have plenty of free time to explore the city on your own.
Meals included: None
After breakfast, start your tour of Longsheng. Normally, it takes 3 to 4 hours to reach the mountain by mountain road. We will take the highway instead, shortening the journey to 2 hours. After reaching the famous terraced fields, you can walk or take an electric car to the top of the mountain.
Have lunch with a Yao family who invites you to their home. You will return to Guilin in the evening.

The Li River, listed as one of the top 15 rivers in the world for travelers by CNN, presents itself differently in every season, allowing you to enjoy it in different ways.
You will enjoy the most classic way: a cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo. To maximize your experience, we will arrange a top-level 4-star cruise for you. It offers better facilities and a buffet lunch.
Meals: Breakfast and lunch
Experiencing the daily life of local farmers on your last day in Guilin will allow you to see another side of China. Drive through villages with few other tourists. You may come across people leading water buffaloes to the fields, or people working in the rice fields.
Take a ferry and a local farmer’s taxi to the market in a small town on the other side of the Li River to see how people really live in this rural part of China. We will arrange airport transfers to take you away smoothly in the afternoon.

- Stays at entering and exiting cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taipei) can be extended.

- This is a small group tour with a fixed itinerary and guaranteed departures.
You will travel with other people (maximum of 12). - Smart casual dress and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
- The tour guide may adjust the itinerary due to closure of the museums each Monday.
- At the conclusion of the tour, a transfer from your hotel to Hongqiao or Pudong Airport in Shanghai is available upon request at a surcharge.
- Stays at entering and exiting cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taipei) can be extended.
